Well I am huge supporter of the sit down meal lol but I will try to answer this to the best of my ability. Your reception is kind of how we did our engagement party (outdoor cockail) and this is what we served: ( MY aunt is Vegetarian so we had options) Fruit Display ( costco, sams,wegmans ) Veggie Tray and dips ( costco, sams, wegmans) Cheese Display and Crackers ( costco , sams, wegmans) Heavey Hor Devoures.. you can make or buy at sams or costcos in frozen section: Mini Crab Cakes – V Meatballs Mini Quiche— can be V Pigs in a blanket Goat Cheese and Onion Tart V Vegetarian Wontons V Spanikopita ( spinach and cheese in pastry–amazing!
