What is an AppleTalk zone, and which AppleTalk zone should my office Macintosh be in?
An AppleTalk zone is an entity on the network defined and managed by one or more AppleTalk routers. Its purpose is to allow computers, printers, etc. to work within a logical group, making resources easier to locate. (Windows users will note the direct analog of a Windows network workgroup.)
