Apple authorized service providers consist of companies and institutions that act as Apple resellers or service providers. This program allows product repair delivery of apple products to Apple customers, including both individuals and businesses. Apple Authorized service providers (AASPs) are allowed to do upgrades, perform setup and installation, and make repairs for products still under warranty. PROTEK is the only AASP listed in Apple’s web service referral system in Wailuku and one of only two on Maui.
