With an Anonymous Access licence, you purchase access for a number of concurrent users. If your licence is for 25 learners and 25 people are already using the program, the 26th person will see a message that the licence is currently full. As soon as one person finishes, a licence slot becomes free. In an Anonymous Access licence, no progress is reported and all learners are anonymous.
