An Annual Report is a document all private and public companies are required by law to produce for their shareholders. It must disclose detailed financial reporting for the company for the last 12 months. The Annual Report usually contains a message from the President & CEO and from the Vice President of Financial. The Annual Report may also contain other information that is not mandatory by law, but is of interest to shareholders.
