An AMS Point entitles the holder to a $1 discount on the purchase of AMS publications and gift items (including related shipping costs) and, with the limit of $16, to membership dues. AMS Points have no cash value. AMS Points will expire on December 31, two years after the year in which they were issued. For example, a point awarded on April 23, 2003, will expire on December 31, 2005 .
