HYC Staff Members were previously referred to as HYC “Interns.” The name was changed to avoid confusion with participants applying for an AmeriCorps internship. Staff Members have the responsibility of helping lead a HOPE Youth Corps site along with the Site Leaders. They are expected to lead participants through their own example of serving and relationship with God. Staff members are expected to sacrifice personal time to meet the needs of HOPE Youth Corps.
