What is an Alternate Delivery Location (ADL)?
The ADL program is designed for companies that have a mobile workforce or technicians that need to receive packages while they are out in the field. It provides flexibility on where to send and receive shipments and packages. A shipment may be directed to a designated The UPS Store location rather than to the recipients primary residence or place of business. The recipient can then pick up the package at a time that is convenient, such as after business hours.
