A Branch Partner is a Branch of a larger State Chartered Mortgage Company, a subsidiary of Pan American Bank, a Member of the FDIC, wherein Pan American Mortgage maintains effective oversight & quality control of its originations and operations while the Branch Manager retains the profits from such activity as stipulated within the contract between the two entities. Pan American Branch Managers have access to all of Pan American’s mortgage services.
