An Administrator in Moodle is a particular term and should not be confused with regular Administration staff at Glasgow University. The Moodle Administrator for a given Moodle site is the person who has full access to all settings and panels within the site, the power to grant access, create courses, make alternations at a technical level and adjust some code.
