New graduates of certain sponsoring colleges and universities may receive a letter from us containing a 10-digit “Action ID Number”. This Action ID Number identifies you as a new graduate and enables our web site to recognize you when you begin your application online. Please note: Action ID Numbers expire 6 months after they are issued. If you have lost your Action ID Number, please call (800) 922-1245 to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
