What is Amphenol Antels Warranty?
Amphenol Antel, Inc. warrants all products manufactured to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment and to meet the company’s standard product specifications. Amphenol Antel’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, for a period of five (5) years from date of shipment to the original purchaser for fixed electrical downtilt products and one (1) year for antennas with adjustable electrical downtilt. No return material will be accepted for warranty repair or replacement without prior authorization from Amphenol Antel, and all charges on returned materials must be prepaid by the buyer. Determination of credit for warranty repair or replacement will be made solely only after a complete inspection of the failed unit is made at the Amphenol Antel factory.
