A. AmeriPlan Dental® Care is a dental referral organization that offers memberships in its discount dental program. Members can save 25% to 65% on all restorative and cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc.) and up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, X-rays, etc.) performed by a general dentist. Specialist’s fees are discounted 25%. Since the dental benefits are not insurance or a health care organization, all ongoing dental problems are accepted except orthodontic treatment in progress.
