What is Amelia Hotels Cancellation Policy?
Our general cancellation policy requires a 48-hour advance notice on guest room reservations. Any reservation canceled less that 48-hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged a penalty fee equal to the first night room rate and tax. For Special events and certain holidays, our cancellation policy requires a 72-hour advance notice to avoid a penalty fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax. Any reseravtions for the Concours D’Elegance event require a 30-day prior cancellation in order to recieve any refund of deposit. Any cancellations made less than 30-days priop to the Concours D’Elegance event will forfeit the total deposit amount.
