What is Alocrom and non-chromate Iridite NCP?
Both processes are conversion coatings of aluminium. It is a surface treatment which adds a protective, anti-corrosive layer to components manufactured from Aluminium and it’s alloys. It is primarily used in the aerospace and defence industries. A major benefit of using this finish is that the aluminium remains conductive and an excellent key for paint.
