Basically how they make it is spread out a bunch of almonds on a large pan and cover them in like a half inch of chocolate, let it harden, then break it into pieces. So it’s just like pieces of a giant, thick, almond chocolate bar. I’ve never heard of plain chocolate bark, but I guess it would be the same thing minus the almonds.
