What is allowed on porches, decks, and patios?
In an effort to ensure the aesthetics of the building, the following provisions shall apply to the balcony and or patio: • Rail baskets will be permitted as long as they are securely installed. • Balconies and patios may not be used for storage. Only seasonal furniture, deck boxes, and barbeques are permitted. • No article of clothing, mats, flags, etc. may be hung over balcony railings.
