What is allowed in Area H in Redwood City’s general plan?
The Redwood City General Plan currently allows for 491 homes, 147,000 square feet of commercial space and a large marina. The Preserve proposal reduces that density by 75%. The reduced number of town homes will increase the student population by 30 children, far less than was anticipated in the City’s Master Plan.
