Airtime encompasses the time that passes from the moment you press SEND (or begin a call) to the moment you press END (or end a call) for all connected calls. Whenever you place calls, receive calls, or check your wireless voicemail from your wireless phone, you are using Cellular One airtime. Airtime is billed in one minute increments with partial minute airtime rounded up to the next minute. Cellular One does not charge for unanswered or busy calls.
