What is AirAsias policy if a flight is cancelled?
AirAsia has 3 options available to guests to protect their investment in the event that an AirAsia flight is cancelled: i) Guests can be transferred to the next available AirAsia flight without any additional charges. ii) The fare value of the flight can be retained in a credit shell with AirAsia for future travel within 3 months. iii) Fare is refundable within 30 working days.
