What is affected if I archive Purchase Orders?
A. Any archived purchase orders are no longer available to access on the PO screen, regardless of the search/filter options. Most reports will not show information on archived Purchase Orders, and the link to the PO from other screens (like the product screen) will no longer be available. You can still view and print archived purchase orders from the PO Archiving screen.
