WHAT IS AFAAS SENIOR FITNESS WORKSHOP?
This one-day Senior Fitness program covers the essentials of designing and teaching a safe and enjoyable fitness class for seniors. Upon completion of the Senior Fitness workshop, you will have a basic understanding of the aging process and the special considerations which are necessary in developing safe and effective exercise programs for the mature adult population, healthy and frail.
