What is adverse impact?
Adverse Impact is the indication of a substantially different selection rate for members of a specific race or gender group. When you create your monitoring report package with SpeedEEO, Adverse Impact Analysis reports are created to examine all applicants/hires, promotions/transfers, and terminations that occured within the specified time frame. The Adverse Impact Analysis report checks all of the specific data to ensure that there in no indication of inequality in respect to hiring, promotions, or terminations of specific race and gender groups.
