What is Advanced Query for?
Advanced Query enables users to query with a collection of biosets to derive a consensus gene signature or ranked set of regulated biogroups. As a result, you can identify the most consistently and highly regulated genes across multiple biosets. Biosets can be mixed and matched from both your private data library as well as the NextBio public library. The current query allows users to query with up to 50 biosets at a time.
