Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP) helps pregnant and parenting teens complete high school or obtain their GED. Eligible teens (male or female) are assigned a social worker who helps them enroll in and complete school, and get support services such as child care and transportation. The social worker also helps the teen get other resources such as prenatal and postpartum care, well-baby care and immunizations, parenting classes, birth control, counseling, housing, vocational goal development and training.
