What is Adolescent Family Life Program (AFLP)?
AFLP is a free, voluntary program where case managers help pregnant and parenting teens get resources like prenatal and postpartum care, family planning, well-baby care and immunizations, parenting classes, birth control, counseling, housing, legal assistance, and more. Case Managers also help pregnant/parenting teens in making and achieving personal goals to enhance their growth, build self-sufficiency, become nurturing parents, delay pregnancies, finish school and develop marketable skills to get and keep jobs they want.
