The Young Professionals (YP) Program enables the recruitment of well-qualified younger personnel – 30 years old or below – into ADB. The Program lays the foundation for a challenging and rewarding professional career in an international working environment. It provides • on-the-job training • participation in missions • short-term formal training tailored to individual needs. YPs acquire a range of professional skills and an understanding of ADB’s operations, policies, and procedures.
