If the customer purchases Active Chinese’s online tutor intensive course and is for any reason unsatisfied with the product, Active Chinese’s refund policy is as follows: • The customer may cancel his/her subscription to Active Chinese within 7 days of the purchasing date. Alternatively, if the customer completes the first two lessons of said package within the 7 day period, he/she must cancel the subscription before beginning the third lesson to be eligible for a full refund. • If the customer chooses to cancel the subscription within 7days or after the completion of the first two lessons, Active Chinese will refund 90% of the total cost of the package. • The customer will bear 10% of the total cost of the package as an administrative fee for services rendered in the registration and initiation of a new user account.
