Although the term has been defined many ways, ACC has used the following definition since the 2002 Responsible Careworkshops: A management system is the organizational structure, responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources for developing, achieving, reviewing and maintaining the companys (EHS, Quality, Responsible Care, etc.) policy.
