What is ACCESSLine?

ACCESSLine 08452 777 778 is a direct telephone line for council services and can deal with all general enquiries, requests for services, complaints and payments for some council services. It is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Outwith these times an answering service is operational, giving details of emergency arrangements and allows you to leave messages. Angus Council is a Typetalk friendly organisation with ACCESSLine staff trained by RNID Typetalk, which means we can now communicate with our customers that use a Textphone. Typetalk connects people who cannot speak or hear on the phone, with other people using a telephone, by providing a text-to-voice and voice-to-text relay service. A telephone interpretation service is also available by contacting ACCESSLine 08452 777 778.
