What is Access Copyright and what does the Access Copyright license cover?
Effective December 31, 2010, RDC’s license with Access Copyright (formally known as CANCOPY) expired. The Association of Community Colleges of Canada (ACCC) has recommended that colleges operate under an Interim Tariff, which Red Deer College is doing. Making paper copies can continue as it did under our licence with Access Copyright before it expired. The Interim Tariff allows paper-to-paper copying of copyright-protected works.
