What is accepted Continuing Education in order to renew my inspector’s license?
• In order to renew your QEI card you must complete 8 hours of continuing education through the organization that issued your QEI and pass a test. This is done on an annual basis. When completed the organization will issue you a new QEI card which is good for one year. • Please submit a copy of your new QEI card to this office. This tells us that you completed the 8-hours of continuing education for your QEI, and can be used to renew your license as long as it occurred in the year prior to your license expiration date.
