What is acceptable spa etiquette?
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork. In order to be respectful of everyones appointment times, if you arrive late your appointment will end at the scheduled time. • For your safety, you will be asked many questions about your general health, current health and what products you are using and/or medications you are taking. Your honest answers to these questions will allow us to give you a superior treatment in a safe manner. • For many of our treatments you will be asked to undress to the level of your comfort. Please give your therapist feedback as to your comfort and trouble areas. • The spa is not appropriate for children under 12. Children 12-18 must be accompanied by a parent when receiving services. • Men, please shave 2 hours before your facial appointment. • Leaving gratuities is always left to the discretion of our clients.
