ACAP is a comprehensive program designed to prepare separating Service Members, Federal Employees, and their family members, for the civilian workplace. ACAP includes military pre-separation briefings and job search training. ACAP does NOT include every aspect of transition such as, transportation appointments, on-the-job-training programs, or out placement.
