What is Abigolds cancellation policy?
Abigold is a small, personalized kennel that fills quickly. We have a strict cancellation policy to ensure that as many of our clients as possible can board with us. Abigold has a 4-day cancellation policy for non-holiday boarding. If the client does not give Abigold the required 4-day notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 night of boarding ($26.00 plus tax for 1 dog, $51.00 plus tax for 2 dogs, $75.00 plus tax for 3 dogs). If the client does not show for a non-holiday reservation, the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 1 night of boarding ($26.00 plus tax for 1 dog, $51.00 plus tax for 2 dogs, $75.00 plus tax for 3 dogs). Abigold has a 7-day cancellation policy for holiday boarding: Easter, WVU Spring Break, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.
