What is AAC Acoustics dividend and dividend pay-out policy?
Profits are mainly distributed by way of cash dividend, twice a year. Our first announced dividend pay-out since IPO was at year-end 2008.The payout ratio was 20%. The pay-out ratio was revised up to 40% in 2009 interim result. Dividend policy will be reviewed from time to time according to company development, cash level, working capital and investment capital.
