What is a workout plan?
A workout plan is a combination roadmap and timetable to fitness. The best plans organize your workouts and determine the level and timing of fitness progress for the particular exercise equipment being used, for body shaping, for sports-specific strengthening, or for physical rehabilitation. Ideally, a workout plan provides a four to six-week organization of daily details (sets, repetitions, and weights), the total of which when managed correctly equals a predetermined gain. The more specific a plan is to the user and the more precise the formulas used to calculate sets, weights, repetitions and other plan variables, the safer the program is going to be and the more rapid and predictable the gains from it, irrespective of the equipment used.
