Students will discuss the questions in groups for five minutes then a 15 minute class discussion will take place to attempt to answer the above questions. After the discussion students will use their old schema’s and what they have learned to develop new schema’s on weather. Reflection: Students should not have problems coming up with information that affects weather because they have been collecting data for three weeks. However, my kids are middle school students I may need to coach them to pull from their prior knowledge for further discussions and answers. Students will continue to use collect data to help structure their learning during the first ten minutes of class everyday.
