If you are trying to get onto a blocked site you can try to use a proxy site which will log you in through their site. The problem is most IT people already know that you are going to try to do it, so some of these sites may be block or if not blocked, it won’t take someone long to figure it out. You can check the link attached and see if any of the other suggestions work. According to the page this one is supposed to work www.fortliberty.org/proxies.shtml.
