Sampling for unregulated contaminants would be required for the chemical parameters at the EPTDS or well(s) which are in operation during the month of the scheduled sampling event. So, if a PWS is scheduled to sample in April, but the particular EPTDS or well is off-line during the entire month of April, then no unregulated contaminant monitoring sample would be required. If, however, it was operated for any one day in the month of April, it would be required to take samples for unregulated contaminants. Since Aeromonas is being sampled in the distribution system, there should never be a time when it is “off-line.” Therefore, Aeromonas will have to be monitored for all 6 months.
