What is a Water Efficiency Assessor and how do I become one?

Water Efficiency Assessors (WEAs) are the key to achieving water efficiencies in the non-residential sector. These WEAs will be accredited and registered by the Queensland Water Commission. Having the Water Efficiency Management Plan (WEMP) developed by a registered Water Efficiency Assessor assures the councils that the WEMP has been developed to the QWC Guidelines. These guidelines are to be released in early November. The Commission is now seeking applications for WEA registration.
