What is a Ward Lumber Home?

0

Ward Lumber Homes are built using a panelization process, or “prefabrication” which means that we do as much of the construction as possible in a controlled environment at our manufacturing facility. Ward Lumber prefabricated homes are built to the same standards and regulations as a site built home, meeting national, and state, county and city codes. Our labor force is pooled at the manufacturing facility, and work in a production-style environment maximizing efficiency. Each home package includes everything needed to build a weather tight shell. The panelized wall sections, wood I joist structural fasteners, windows, doors and shingles plus rafters or trusses. The shell is shipped to the foundation site and erected by our construction crew. Afterward, the interior is completed by our staff, or by you. The choice is yours.
