Any diseases / illness contracted during the first 30 days of the policy shall not be paid. But this exclusion shall not apply to accidents.

“Waiting period” refers to the period before the start of our corresponding cover. This “waiting period” applies to the following covers: Vet Fees and Death covers – 28 days Advertising and Reward cover – 14 days Within the “waiting period”, any claims arisen will not be covered by our policy.

If it is determined that you are eligible for benefits, the first eligible week that you file a claim will serve as your waiting period week. You will not be paid for this week.
