What is a voucher number?
A voucher number is an eight digit number sequentially assigned by the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (PSAP) system when invoice information (Vendor ID, invoice number, invoice date, and invoice amount) is entered. A voucher number can also be an eight digit department assigned number representing a Check Request, Check Request for Entertainment/Meeting Expenses, Travel Expense Voucher, or Request for Travel Advance.
The back of your iPAQ Choice brochure has a voucher number that you can use to receive a credit of 4 points on your iPAQ Choice user account. You can then redeem these points as you wish in order to get one or more software titles of your choice from our selection. Please make sure that you use all the free points that you have received within three (3) months of redeeming your voucher number. Otherwise, the points will expire, and cannot be reissued.
