A voucher is a document that you must print and present to the product provider (tour operator, event producer, etc.). It is the proof that you have paid for your product and is recognized by the product provider. Your voucher is the only proof of payment recognized by the product providers, and therefore should be treated like cash. Do not lose your voucher! Without it you will not be allowed entry or provided the product or service. For event tickets, the product voucher will contain specific instructions on how to receive the tickets. This depends on the ticketing provider and may be by post or courier, by presentation of your voucher at the venue (will-call office) or other means. The order form for ticket products may also include shipping options, in which case you will be required to enter shipping instructions in the ‘Shipping Information’ section.
