What is a virtual organization?
A virtual organization is an organization operating as if it had bricks, mortar, and other standard fixed costs. It is committed to synergistic utilization of already existing fixed assets and fixed costs to build highly efficient managed growth based on building from revenue generation rather than debt. This translates into subcontracting services and having associates, advisors, and volunteers as team members. Hunger Fighters has no employees (not that we wouldn’t like to). We are building a profitable, self-sustaining operation to help Fight Hunger in earth-friendly ways. We are modeling what we are proposing. As we grow, the virtual organization will become a blend with increasing fixed assets and full-time team members.
