What is a very phsyical, active job in the air force other than pilot?
Enlisted: Para-Rescue, Sky-Cop, Aircraft mechanic, Weapons Load Crew member, Combat Control Team Member Zippy-Pinhead (Officer): Combat Control Team Officer BUT Sky Cop Officers are pretty darn active these days…. Joint Spouse as Officers, Sorry, I have no advice there. My Chief of Safety (Lt Col) was outranked by his 2nd Wife. They were always having the same arguments and financial problems that the other Zippys (Officers) were having. Their marriage torched when she got promoted to Brigadier General, which his ego could not handle! You want to be together, AIR FORCE. That is the BEST gig! I saw the divorce rates as follows: Marine Corps (Damned High) Squid AKA Sailor (Damned High) Soldier (Very High) Air Force (Better but still nothing to write home about). My track record with two marriages in service (Both USAF to civilian), went down the tubes @ 4.5 Yrs and 6 months respectively. My post GI/ civilian marriage – 9 yrs married/ 10.5 yrs together.
