What is a VERY low-calories food (like Jell-O) thats filling?
This may not be anything like you’re looking for but when I want to knock off a few pounds after the holidays I fast for however long it takes. I drink a lot of water, take a multivitamin every day and eat a small bag of plain popcorn in the evening. To quell those hunger pains and satisfy the urge to chew, I’ll eat a couple of Rolaids. They dissipate the acid build up that causes hunger pains. They have no sodium, zero calories, and provide nearly half your daily calcium requirements. Some however (cherry flavored for example) have very low sugars less than 1g. and only 2-3 calories each.
