What is a very good tanning bed lotion to apply before going on a tan bed?
I used tanning beds for a few years. Although quite fair, I tanned REALLY well naturally after the very first session. Even though this was brilliant at the time, looking back and with all the warnings they give about tanning beds now, I would advise you to stay away from them. Apparently the rays penetrate beneath your skin and damage it deep down. From memory, I think the UVA rays can do the most damage. Personally I have had wonderful results from a couple of self-tanning lotions. I would recommend the Loreal gel called Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Gel. Alternatively, you could try St Tropez. Although a bit more expensive, it is fabulous. If you choose to self-tan, this is what I do when applying Loreal Self-Tanning Gel: 1) Most importantly, prepare your skin by showering and using a salt or sugar scrub which contains pure essential oils, pure vegetable oils, salt and/or sugar. I make my own as I sell a product range and I have FABULOUS results. Your skin absolutely GLOWS afterwards
