A User ID is a personal code that you create when you register. You use your User ID to log in to your WorkSource account. Once saved, your User ID cannot be changed.

The User ID is a unique ID that identifies individual users of Shipping Administration within the Company. Users will login with their User ID and Password on the FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com login screen. Note: Once created, User IDs cannot be changed by the Shipping Administrator or by the user.
